This place is AWESOME and the staff is super friendly!!! It's a must go at least once, if not more! Thanks Urban Air for a supper awesome time!!!! 7months later… I decided to get the membership so my son can keep coming back. Staff is still super friendly and he always has fun!
I had my daughter's birthday party here. It is a nice place for the kids to enjoy themselves. They were understaffed today but still did an amazing job. Kudos to the staff! I would def recommend if you have kids!
I recently visited Urban Air, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, especially a wonderful girl named Chrissia. There was a moment that truly touched my heart and brought me immense comfort. I witnessed a child on the higher end of the spectrum struggling with some other kids.
