Minus 1 star for the food. All the staff I encountered were friendly even with a million kids running around lol. We had fun. My kids were in there for hours! They did everything and we had a food break. I took a star off because of the food. I had wings combo lemon pepper wings fries and a drink.
I had a party for my twin girls 10th birthday and it was awesome. The host was very pleasant and helpful though out the party. She made sure we had everything we needed. The kids had an amazing time with all the activities to play. I would definitely have another party here.
I coordinated a field trip here for the end of last year for the students at my school (grades 1st-3rd) and it was an amazing time!! The staff was professional, helpful, and brought good energy for our large group. We had access to the tables to eat lunch packed lunch, were given our socks, and got jumping!!
We recently purchased a membership for our 6-year-old because he loves it. The staff is friendly, but some of the younger staff could use more guidance with enforcing rules and keeping kids in line, including using whistles and clear verbal reminders when needed.
