I had a remarkably easy check-in process that only took me about 10 minutes to provide the necessary information and sign the waiver for both of my kids. However, I did notice that the facility could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness.
I had the pleasure of visiting the indoor trampoline park in homewood and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the cleanliness of the facility. It was evident that they take maintenance seriously, as every corner seemed spotless.
We hosted our daughter’s 10th birthday here at Urban Air. My daughter, her friends, and the parents had a great time! The party room was decorated nicely with a balloon centerpiece in the middle of the table. The go carts were the highlight of the party.
We enjoyed our visit. This Was Our First Time there. We will be back. The staff was kind and gracious. The go-karts were fun and they even accommodated for my grandsons first time driving. The twist tower worker Anthony was a treat and wonderful worker. They all made my grandson feel like it was his day.
