We celebrated my sons 8th birthday at Urban Air on December 7th, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the team genuinely cared about making the party special. The party room was large, clean, and perfectly set up for a fun day.
My girls loved it! For all ages 2+ up! The price for ultimate package is $25 and parents are 50% off. They have massage chair chairs for the parents which I highly recommended seven dollars for 25 minutes. There is a snack bar. It’s a great way for the kids to exert their energy. So much to do!!
We have a monthly membership here and have a great experience pretty much every time we go. They have plenty of staff which keeps it clean, especially considering how many kids are running around. There’s a specific young lady that works there, I think her name is Kamryn (probably misspelled it too, sorry!
Justine was amazing!!!!! I was having a mom struggle type of day and had some last minute requests and Justine was so kind and quickly helped us out like it was no problem. Excellent communication, honestly I dont know how she got it all done and just looked calm and collected the whole time.
