We recently hosted my 7-year-old son’s birthday party at Urban Air Livonia. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized, smooth, and stress-free (which any parent knows is HUGE when hosting a kids’ party). What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was our party host/manager, Karli.
Bob was seriously amazing during our visit to Urban Air Adventure Park. Saturdays are already super busy and chaotic, but she stayed patient and helpful the entire time. I asked a ton of questions and she answered every single one with care and never made me feel annoying or rushed.
My son has been coming to urban air since he was three years old.It is a fantastic place for kids to run and play and meet new friends. their birthday parties and service are excellent. the staff is always very friendly and very attentive to the areas that the children play in.
We came here for a birthday party and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The manager Carly was the best. I had called the day before and talked to her and she was very helpful, the day we arrived for our party she came and introduced herself to me.
