My two kids absolutely love this place, and it really is perfect for keeping them entertained—a place where they can run around and burn off their energy, just like kids should. The young men and women who supervise the area are also great people.
Staff was friendly, the layout of the facility was open and fluid. The pizza was worth it. The kids and I had a great time and we will be back! Refills on drinks at extra cost. Some feedback to the owners- 2 main features in different areas were not in service, needing repairs.
We had my daughter’s party at the Mesquite Urban Air and it was absolutely amazing! The service was great from start to finish. Everything was set up perfectly for us. Our party host Morgan was helpful, accommodating and extremely respectful the entire time. Morgan made the whole experience stress-free and fun.
We had a birthday party at Urban Air (Mesquite) and it was a BIG hit with the younger kids as well as the Tweens and Teens. The kids loved it so much they decided to become members! Now whenever they have too much energy I can take them to Urban Air rain, sleet, snow, or any hot day and they can work it off indoors.
