Awesome. This place has everything that any child and teenager wants to do. Excellent atmosphere, good exercise for all ages, especially teenagers and kids in general. We were there from 4 pm to almost 8 pm. Great for a birthday party and great for spending energy in a healthy and happy way. 100 % recommended.
Went on a Friday afternoon, it seemed packed but everything was very quick. The food line, check in, socks, ball pit, etc we never waited more than 5 min. When you come in you can self check in and sign the waiver or go to the right and they can assist you.
This place is the perfect spot to take your kids to get the energy out after school or on the weekends. They have a bunch of fast paced activities for the kids. They turn the lights down in the evening which is cool and find for the kids.
Urban Air is an excellent place for trampolines for children and a great spot for family fun. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff was attentive, giving us clear instructions and even helping us select the best trampoline area for my kids.
