It’s a nice place for children and family play dates. They have two plans (as of 27 Nov 2022)- Deluxe ($25) and Ultimate ($30) probably similar prices other similar stores have. They have activities like jumping, climbing, virtual games, basketball 🏀 games, ball pool 🏊 games, running games all under one roof.
This is a good quality play zone for kids of all ages. It’s spacious, has all kinds of activities, including trampoline, ball pit with obstacles, climbing zone, adventure zone, VR zone, and arcade games. They also have a small food cafe in the back and bunch of party rooms. We went on Saturday afternoon.
I went to Urban Air for my niece's birthday party. I don't have kids myself and have never been to this type of place, so I don't have anything to compare it to. But they have a lot of different things to do, and all the kids in there seemed to be having a great time (and the kids at our party certainly were!).
I’ve been a member of Urban Air for over a year and under new management the place has transformed. Andrew has been doing an amazing job and my kids love the place even more. Also, Allan has been a phenomenal employee from day 1. I love the staff and all the new changes! Great job Urban Air!
