Always goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort for the kids and family. Also, she a very kind person. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have known for the membership.!
My nephews (14&21) are in town from Vincenza, Italy celebrating the holidays and I needed a place to entertain them for a few hours. A quick search on Google led me to Urban Air and boy did they have a time! The staff was extremely helpful, especially the manager, Deja!
Had my son’s birthday party here this past Sunday (2/15) and enjoyed my time there. The room was ready on time, everything was set up so nicely, and the host was really kind. The food was delicious. They worked with me when less guests showed up than I thought and that helped save a lot of money.
Night and day difference when we arrived today compared to the last 2 times we attended parties here. Manager was at the door greeting everyone, she jumped in at the register because it was busy from the time they opened the door. It was WAY cleaner than previous visits. No food and drink spilled everywhere.
