I was not sure of how I wanted to rate this place. I am a grandmother that has 15 grandsons and 5 granddaughters. I have been to a lot of places for children over the years.
We visited this urban air location in Oklahoma City while visiting my nephew’s and niece. It was their first time experience and they had a blast. Friendly staff, very clean and organized, I loved that there was plenty for them to do and explore ages ranged from 5-9.
The workers were fairly well and truly let kids have the best time! I did find a few of them on their cell phones while they were supposed to be watching kids but other than that it was great! Concession is insane but their party deals are great for what you get! I loved all the options especially the go karts
Urban air has a wide variety of fun things for people of a variety of ages to do. It can get very busy at times And the overall experience is not as positive when it is super busy. We went on a Saturday and arrived shortly after they opened and we had a much more positive experience this time.
