My family had an amazing experience at Urban Air! The facility was clean, fun, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, patient, and helpful. Breauna and Deontae were very professional.
I came here with a friend and we had a great time! Everything was clean and easy to access. We don’t have kids, so maybe we were the odd ones out but it was also fun as an adult, and more challenging than we thought it would be lol.
We had a birthday party for my daughter. We had a great experience thanks to Kennedy who was our party host. All of the parents were so impressed with her attentiveness, kindness, and willingness to help. Thanks Kennedy!!
I honestly wish I could give this place 10 stars because it was that amazing. There was this curly-haired girl (I think her name was Tasneen) who made my whole experience so much better. She was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed.
