We have a membership here for our kids, and it has been such a great experience overall. The facility is clean, fun, and well-managed, and my kids absolutely love coming here. Today, I had an especially positive experience that really stood out.
This place is pretty awesome to take your kids. It’s not your ordinary trampoline park, they really don’t have a ton of trampoline options. What they do have are a bunch of different activities to keep kids more interested.
We give this place 5-stars. It was the best Urban Air location that we've been to. There were go-carts, big ball pits, "ninja warrior" type activities, trampolines, soccer/basketball area, and overhead tracks to glide on. Our host, Gena, had the best attitude as we celebrated an 8-year oldest birthday.
Me and my family come here almost every weekend as we have a membership and this place is absolutely wonderful for kids. One of the staff members Knox is super friendly and very good with kids. He didn’t get upset when my little brother kept throwing the balls every where and instead helped him to clean up.
