Addressing the current negative reviews/comments: I found this venue clean and well-staffed. All attractions and party rooms are supervised by at least one staff member at all times. Additional staff is available for locating “out-of-place” children. There are no observable rips in the equipment safety padding.
Put simply this place was awesome. Urban Air in general is a fun place for kids but what put this over the top for me was the staff. Generally I don’t expect much from staff at a place like this but here I was pleasantly surprised.
Our new favorite place to celebrate birthdays! We just had my daughter's birthday party here and it was the perfect place .We changed our venue last minute so they didn't have any rooms available for reservations. We got there very early and were able to get a table . The place was almost empty.
Staff here was absolutely wonderful! We were able to get a membership which beats paying eveytime, well worth it. There is so much to do. Giant ball pit, looks like bubbles, love it. Lots of trampolines even one with dodge ball. The jousting is great, foam bits for a softer landing. Socks a super comfy and work well.
