We had such an amazing experience at Urban Air Trampoline Park! From the moment we walked in, everything was clean, well-organized, and full of energy. The kids had an absolute blast—there are so many fun attractions that kept them entertained the entire time. What really made our visit stand out, though, was Jessie.
We had such a wonderful experience at Urban Air! The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and truly caring with the kids, which made a big difference for us as parents. We visited on Friday, April 3rd, and they had a special Easter event with an egg hunt — it was so well organized and fun!
I was really impressed with the staff at Waterbury Urban Air. We went on a busy Saturday and everything went smooth. The young people working there were great people that took pride in their jobs. The manager delegated work and they jumped to clean up spills and make sure our food orders were correct.
