Took two field trip groups here [group of 20 & group of 60!!]. The staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly, and very understanding especially during some of the kids moments of fear doing the different "courses".
The manager Jackie is a gem and was amazing during our visit! The place was packed and our 3 year old got a little overwhelmed. Jackie must have seen the look of exhaustion on my face as I had to get back in line to upgrade my son’s bracelet because he decided he rather do the go karts vs the other activities.
Had my daughter’s bday at the Westlake location in one of the party rooms and got so lucky to have Sereen as our party hostess!! She was so wonderful and helpful, if we have any other parties I will be requesting her again!! 5+ stars for Sereen!!
My family and I came to UrbanAir for my niece’s birthday and Sereen was by far the most helpful person! She is super funny, cool and sweet and her energy was next level. Sereen really made the experience more enjoyable for us.
