This place is a really fun spot for kids but there is room for improvement. Many of the staff are disinterested and not helpful. Especially some of the birthday coordinators.
We had our son’s birthday party here. We got the “Deluxe in a private room”. It’s for 10 kids which INCLUDES yours. Zip lining was not in our package so it was an extra $30 per person if you choose to do it.
I absolutely love this location! Their facility have more attractions than other Urban Air's I have visited in the past. The staff members are always nice, friendly, helpful and well knowledgeable of everything that's going on.
Once again you can not beat it. The girls and I love to find s good deal. And being its 2025 and all the politicians are celebrities and elite and basically nothing is affordable.... Urban Air Trampoline park offers a deal that rivals all others. For only $11.
