I see several negative reviews and so I’d like to first point out what this establishment does right! Upon entering (at around 1:30pm) it took me around 5 minutes to complete the checkin process and obtain our socks. I highly encourage you to pre-purchase tickets.
Now THIS Urban Air location was on point! yes, it’s still fairly new and there are some minor kinks to work out but overall we really enjoyed our visit. The food was a complete no for me, but hopefully with enough feedback over time that will improve.
I'm re-reviewing because I had my 5-year-old's birthday party at the Urban Air in Woodbridge. All in all the experience was really good!! Muhammad was our host and did an amazing job of making sure that we were greeted and helped take the items into into room AND helped me decorate!!
My child was just lifted a six month membership for Christmas, so I may continue to add to this review as time goes on. Pricing for the membership seems imminently reasonable and I did not have to buy an extra ticket to follow her around and supervise her.
