Spectacular! Well lit, clean, spacious, visible staff presence, amazing customer service! There is so much seating throughout. Adults are encouraged to play with their children as the equipment will accommodate them. There is a designated area for the tiny tots! There is a nice cafe with a wide range of goodies!
Great place for the whole family from ages 6 months and up. Any children under two will need a chaperone of 17 years old or older. No need to bring socks because they can be purchased for $3 upon arrival. Wild Katz is a very clean establishment!
Yaxaira was amazing!!!!! I couldn't find the email and she patiently went through and looked for our tickets. Renting a locker, they hold the key, I thought it would be hard to get in and out of the locker but Yaxaira was there anticipating my need for the key. What awesome customer service.
