The kids had a great time here. There was plenty for them to do and very adventurous. The only downside was the crowd. There were so many kids due to several birthday parties going on at the same time. Luckily the kids at the venue were polite and were not too rambunctious.
One of my kids favorite spots! Recently had a birthday party here and it was great. Staff were friendly and my host Briana was a sweetheart. She was thorough and consistent, which i really appreciated. The party coordinator Remington was professional and made sure everything ran smoothly, checking in often.
My nephew had the best birthday ever, thanks to Kevonte who helped in the pary room and made sure the teens were entertained. He made sure everyone felt cared for. He is a kind young guy who pays attention to detail. Thank you Kevonte for making sure all the kids gad fun.
We had an amazing experience at Urban Air in Mansfield! The manager Kamal was super helpful. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of attractions for all ages. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
