Which Trampoline Park Chain Do Customers Rate Highest? (2026)

The chains' own websites won't tell you this one. We took every US location of every major trampoline park chain in our directory — 778 parks with 780,624 customer reviews between them — and averaged each chain's Google ratings. Minimum 10 locations to qualify. (Journalists & bloggers: cite freely with a link; the CSV is below.)

The chain league table

Big Air takes the crown: its 28 US locations average 4.64 stars, and 86% of them hold a 4.5 or better — remarkable consistency for a multi-state brand. Slick City is right behind at 4.59. The pattern down the table is the interesting part: the mid-size chains out-rate the giants, whose 280-park footprints make every-location excellence a much taller order.

Methodology

We maintain a continuously updated national directory of US trampoline parks compiled from public business listings. Each park is assigned to a chain from its name and the brand's own location list. For every chain with at least 10 rated US locations, we compute the unweighted mean and median of its locations' Google ratings, the share of locations rated 4.5 stars or higher, and total review volume (780,624 reviews across the 8 qualifying chains). Chains with fewer than 10 locations are excluded — too few parks for a fair average. Compare individual locations on the chain pages, or see the rest of the numbers on the stats hub.
